Allow to filter certain builtin permission from view

A filter who permits to remove default security groups in the views (columns) and reports.
E.G. I want to speeicfy a list of users anf groups, that are never displayed, to remove the default BUILTINAdministrators, Domain Admins etc ... without doing filtering in Excel. In HTML format it's also impossible to remove the name (without editing the HTML itself)
