Option to use default settings for creating portable installation

When updating my portable flash drive image, any drives I have scanned on the main system are included.
Add option to not included these settings. The machines I use the image on do not have the same drive letters or settings.

Well, it would make sense to copy the settings only on the initial copy process, but not when updating the portable installation (hence copy the settings file if it is not there). Starting with the setting from the normal installation makes sense, because users might have tweaked them.

It was just annoying to have to go thru settings each time I update the image.
Doing an update is the same as creating a new image which is why I suggested defaults. If it would just not update settings if already there, it would address the issue I had with settings being copied.
