A button or command to empty all recycle bins on the disk. This would be a huge help, especially when you have a lot of users working. Most of the users never empty their recycle bins, so unnecessary data is filling the hard disks.

It is already possible via "Tools > Empty Recycle Bin" to empty the recycle bin of the current user on all disks.
This feature aims at emptying the recycle bins of all users on all local disks, which will require admin rights.
