Allow paths in "quotes" in TS search "Select path" dialog

Copied path names can sometimes be surrounded with quotes. Most Windows dialogs accept these. Would be helpful if these also worked across TS, especially in the various "Select scan target" and "Select path" dialogs in across TS and TS Search. Currently, paths with quotes leads to a "path not found" error. Thanks for considering!
