We would like to use SpaceObserver as a datasource for back charging our internal stakeholders.

Hi Stef, thanks for sharing your use case. Many of our customers are already doing this with SpaceObServer.

Some use the automated reporting feature and generate an Excel that includes the "Cost" columns. This works fine in case you charge a fix €/$ per GB.

Other use OLE Automation and have a scripted solution.

Again others work directly on the SQL database.

Can you please share how you are querying the SQL DB for a powerbi report or how you built the report to properly query the sql db?

Good morning, it is never as easy as a single price for $/GB... ;-). No, we are looking for someone to get us going to extract some high level data directly from the db. So I will contact support to learn a little more about the data structure.

I'm sorry, but we do not yet have specific guidance for PowerBI.
