Compliance: Detect and report the creation of disallowed file types

Enhance the Post Scan Actions (www.jam-software.com/spaceobserver/post_scan_action.shtml) to enable the user to define a set of disallowed file types for a certain scan target. After a scan of this target in case the scan did detect files of this type, a report will be generated holding the disallowed files, their location and e.g. their owner.
