SpaceObServer Web Access: Make the timestamp used for the "Age of Files" chart configurable

Currently seems to be Last Modified timestamp only for users of the SpaceObServer Web Access. Even though I can select via the Options 'Type of file date' on the server. This would be very useful to inform which projects can be safely archived, and which are still being accessed by users.
