Add archive features that copies back files that changed in the archive

We would like to split our storage into a fast, SSD-based hot storage with the files that have recently been in use, and a cheap, HDD-based nearline storage, where all files that have not been used for a longer period of time are stored. Files that have not been used for more than a certain number of days should be moved to the nearline storage. If a file in the nearline storage is changed, it should be moved back to the hot storage.
